Spectra Drop Shield

Spectrum Drop Shield rigid filters serve as efficient pre or final filters in air intake systems of Gas Turbines, in any environmental condition (including offshore, marine) and in any climate (including tropical). They efficiently remove airborne particulate matter but also snow, mist and fog, acting as a filter and a coalescer in one. DS rigid filters are specially designed for the elimination and drainage of free water and air borne salt crystals. Where subsequent final filters are placed, they protect them not only from coarse dust but also from running in wet conditions, thus significantly prolonging their life and increasing their operational safety.

Spectra Drop Shield Reverse pocket (SDSRP) filters are unique premium hydrophobic pre-filters in reverse air flow direction where space is a constraint. The SRP pocket filters serve as efficient pre or final filters in air intake systems of Gas turbines in any environmental condition (including offshore, marine) and in any climate (including tropical). They efficiently remove air borne particulate matter but also snow, mist and fog acting as a filter and a coalescer in one. SDSRP filters are specially designed for the elimination of free water and air borne salt crystals. Where subsequent final filters are placed, they protect them not only from coarse dust but also from running in wet conditions. The SDSRP filters do significantly prolong the filter lifetime of the final filter and increase their operational safety.

Dust Collector

Spectra Dust Collector filter pad is  progressive density fiber glass  allows the pollutant to penetrate deep into the media, along with the harmless tackifier over the fibers arrest the pollutant and make it stick together. The filter pads can be constructed  with suitable frames depend on the use of the application.

Spectra Microvee TM

Spectrum Microvee filters are rigidity constructed filters for coarse and fine particle capturing can be used as both primary and secondary stage filters depends on the class it is rated. The unique filter media is designed with layers of synthetic mesh that has  non-woven sandwiched in between. The pleats are V shaped and rounded well to increase the dust arrestance of filters. Media is further enforced by metal expanded mesh to give extra rigidity to pleats so that peats would retain their shape at higher pressure drop. Equal spacing in pleats is maintained by use of metallic spacers.

Spectra Pre-TM filters are used for supply, exhaust and circulating air filtration in a Turbine application which built for high dust holding capacity, used in all industrial gas turbine and compressor application. HP Pad

Spectrum hydrophobic pre filter media are uniquely suited to protect higher efficiency filters during seasonal increases in dust concentration such as fibers, seeds and other large particulate. V-bank Filters

Spectra Cell V-TM has extended surface area and low pressure drop. These filters are designed for use in Gas turbine systems where medium to high efficiency filtration is required. These filters are totally rigid making them ideal for variable air volume (VAV) systems, as well as applications downstream of supply fans.
